IPPF: Co-Creating Research with Activists

Overview

I led a 26-country youth network through a politically complex mixed-methods study on sexuality education. Supporting young activists, many new to research, to shape the methodology, build confidence in their lived experience as valid knowledge, and co-analyse findings. The process itself modelled the participatory practice we were advocating for.

My Role

Research design lead and facilitator. I created structured feedback loops and facilitated honest conversations about what was possible in different contexts. Co-wrote the final report with youth researchers through storytelling and synthesis workshops.
